STEPS FOR RENTAL
Contact us and we will send you a form to complete with information about your surgery, such as area of injury and date of operation. Also, in this form you will provide contact information and adress for delivery.
Rental fee is $450 (tax included) for a minimum 10 days rental.
Many extended health care plans require a prescription in order to make a claim. Get in contact with your doctor to get a prescription.
Once everything is set up, you will receive a confirmation and delivery arrangements will be made. All necessary information about how to use the equipment will be explained on delivery. Unit is easy to use and if you have any issue support is provided for free.
3 days before your rental period is finished, we will be in touch to schedule the return. You don't have to leave your home, we will pick it up in the same place that delivery was made.
